Student Registration

All students entering Wells Central School District are registered by the Central Registrar, located in Wells Central School District’s main office.

To Register:
    • Please come to Wells Central School District’s main office and ask to speak to Jessica Damphier.
    • Download and print the registration packet or stop in and pick up a registration packet.  Please complete all forms and hand them in to Mrs. Damphier.
After enrollment is established you will need to provide the following.  It may be helpful to have the following documents when you drop off the registration packet.
    • Proof of residency with physical address (within three business days of initial enrollment)
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization records
    • Copy of last physical 
    • Custody papers (where applicable)
    • Foster Care letter DS-2999 (where applicable)
